Treasurer and Auditor Reports

Annual filing requirements to the Grand Aerie include Treasurer and Auditor reports. These reports and instructions are part of the bi-annual Per Capita Tax package set from the Grand Aerie. Blank forms and instructions are available below.

Auditor's Report

• Pursuant to Section 102.1 of The Articles of Incorporation Constitution and Statutes of the Grand Aerie Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Auditor is required to make a semi-annual examination of the financial records of the Aerie and report those findings to the Grand Aerie and the local Aerie.
• The year to date report of the Auditor is due for all Aeries by July 15 each fiscal year.
• Auxiliaries are required to report annually only, due July 15 each fiscal year.
• Please complete report and note any differences between Auditor's report and Treasurer's report.
• Cash balances should tie to the Bank Statements of the Aerie/Auxiliary.
• Please review math for accuracy.

Due ANNUALLY for both Aerie and Auxiliary on July 15th for May 31 Year Ended.
