M.I.N.K. Conference Mission Statement
The "MINK Conference", which is comprised of Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas, has been established in order to further publicize the Fraternal Order of Eagles, to provide a broader avenue in which to exchange ideas thru informative and educational workshops, to develop teamwork between states, to advance the true meaning of fraternalism, to encourage camaraderie among members and neighboring states, to further promote the ritual, and to finally provide a means for the Aeries and Auxiliaries to speak louder as a united voice in support of our own candidates for Grand offices.
St. Joe #49 was the host Aerie for the first MINK Conference that was held in St. Joseph, Missouri April 6,7,and 8, 1999 .
Council Bluffs #104 Aerie hosted the second MINK Conference in Council Bluffs, Iowa in April 2000.
South Omaha #154 was the site of the third MINK Conference held on April 7, 8,and 9,2001 at Omaha, Nebraska.
Lawrence #309 Aerie hosted the fourth MINK conference April 5,6, and 7, 2002 at Lawrence, Kansas. This completed the first full rotation for the MINK Conference.
