Dear Brothers and Sisters
As promised, we are sending you the final figures from the 2005-2006 State Charity Reports.

This figure represents the hours your members reported, and the dollars per hour of their current worth, the miles you reported, and the approximate worth of items, other than money, used, and, of course, the money given to charity for the year from June 1 to the next May 31st. That State total was $3,042,142.16!

Thank you for your effort, and keep-up the reporting! We really need which charity or the kind of activity spent for how many hours. Not all jobs can claim the same per-hour wage. Not all mileage can use the same formula for determining how much we can count for mileage taken. We can, by having the total hours of doing what, and the total miles needed to serve that activity, keep more accurate and verifiable records for everyone.
Sincerely hoping to report an even greater sum for 2006-2007.
