2020 Annual Meetings Moved To Reno

Rooms Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that this year’s Fraternal Order of Eagles Annual Meetings will be held at the Nugget Casino Resort, July 18-23! Rooms are available starting today at the following rates:

Sunday-Thursday - $65/night plus tax and $2 tourism charge
Friday & Saturday - $89/night plus tax and $2 tourism charge
$10 for each additional person in a triple/quad room

Resort fees have been waived for all F.O.E. guests. Rooms include a refrigerator, complimentary wi-fi internet and phone calls, two bottles water per day, a Keurig coffeemaker, in-room safe, and unlimited use of pool & fitness center. The hotel also provides shuttle service and complimentary self-parking. Check-in time is 3 p.m. with check-out set for 11 a.m.

Scooter Rental information will be made available on foe.com within the next few days.

The Nugget is a full casino resort that will have at least five restaurants in operation during the week including Rosie’s Café, Anthony’s Chophouse, Oyster Bar, a Starbucks and more.

Due to the coronavirus, the hotel will have select precautionary measures in place during the week. Current protocols can be viewed at any time using the link on the front page of the Nugget Casino Resort website. 

As previously mentioned, this year’s Meetings will include the Grand Aerie & Auxiliary Sessions, Memorial Service and the Nominations, Elections and Installation of Officers ONLY.

Pre-registration remains open until Friday, June 19, at a rate of $45/member. Forms can be found on the Convention page at foe.com. Anyone who previously pre-registered before the venue change will have their registration carried over for the new site.

Suite Upgrade Information

Brothers & Sisters,

A limited number of suite upgrades are available at the Nugget Casino Resort in Reno for the 2020 F.O.E. Annual Meetings. If you would like to upgrade your room to a larger suite, please coordinate directly with the Nugget Casino Hotel to obtain more information or to reserve a suite.

• Upgrade to Casino Tower Hospitality Suite - +$100/day
• Upgrade to Resort Tower Petite Suite - +$45/day
• Upgrade to Resort Tower Bar King - +65/day
• Upgrade to Resort Tower Hospitality Suite - +$125/day
• Bed removal per room/suite - $75

Scooter Rentals

The Grand Aerie has partnered with Medtech Services, Inc. for scooter rentals for the 2020 Annual Meetings in Reno, Nev. Discounted scooter rates will be available for Eagles from July 17-24. Prices include pick-up and delivery from the Nugget Casino & Resort.

All reservations are required to show photo ID to bell desk before pickup. Telephone reservations can be made at 1-800-633-8324 and a customer service representative will take the reservation. All correspondence should reference The Fraternal Order of Eagles. All rentals are required to send Photo ID and to have a credit card number on file in case anything should happen to the scooter.
