The H.O.M.E. Fund is housed within the Memorial Foundation and allows for donations to organizations not permitted by the Charity Foundation. Chattanooga, Tennessee - May 2019 Scenic City Aerie and Auxiliary #945 held its first Kentucky Derby Dance. During the dance two grants were given to the Cancer Fund for $2,000 and the H.O.M.E. Fund for $1,502. Springfield, Missouri - June 2019 Queen City Aerie #3934’s President Kit Sheckler and Eagles Bingo Chairman Andy Rappard presented a $5,000 check to the new Boys & Girls Club CEO, Brandy Harris. Arizona - June 2019 During the Arizona State Convention, State Presidents Bob Blackburn and Linda Wilson presented a check totaling more than $71,000 for Camp Sunrise and the Southwest Kids Cancer Foundation. El Cerrito, California - June 2019 Bayview Aerie #2323 presented Auxiliary member Dr. Julie Saba, with a $5,000 check to support the Children’s Hospital Oakland Research Institute. This organization focuses its research on childhood research, and the money will be used to help fund that research. New York - June 2019 Bob Yager of Aerie #4446 was inducted into the Humanitarian section of the Grand Aerie Hall of Fame during the New York State Convention.
