Fond du Lac, Wisconsin - April 2021

On March 13, the Fond du Lac Eagles Aerie held their third annual Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser in conjunction with their Eagle State Officers Party. The proceeds from the event went to the Aerie & Auxiliary State Presidents projects. The Chili Cook-Off and other raffles raised $680. Wisconsin State Eagles Aerie President Kevin Keller’s project is Wisconsin Veterans Network and he received a check for $782, while State Eagle Auxiliary President Alice Janquart’s project is Rawhide, receiving a check for $665. Our “Celebrity Judges” were Lt. Rick Faris, Eng. Mike Spencer and FF/PM Andrea Hoksbergen from the Fond du Lac Fire Department. This year's Cook-Off winner was Chris Hartwig and 2019’s winner was Mark Schaefer. 2020’s event was canceled due to Covid-19.
