His new microscopic research lab has been named for the Eagles with a sign hung above his workstation. He is using donations from the Eagles to purchase and build mini microscopes to study brain activity in mice. Past Worthy President Bob Lee and Past Madam President Penny Lee presented Dr. Lipshitz with a check for $4,500 to assist research regarding trauma to the brain, post traumatic stress syndrome and childhood diseases affecting the brain. Lake Havasu City, Arizona - June 2018 Lake Havasu City #4299 donated $4,543 to support Hospice for Havasu, which is a nonprofit organization that serves the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the incurably ill, their families and friends in their community. #4299 raised the money by holding various fundraisers, including games, dinners, raffles, and craft sales.
