13 December Marceline, Missouri - November 2018 December 13, 2018 By The Fraternal Order of Eagles Missouri 0 Marceline Eagles #726 helped raise $21,000 in support of a member’s one-year-old son who needs a costly, lifesaving surgery. #726 and the surrounding communities from a 60-mile radius came together and raised the money by holding a benefit which included a fish fry and auction. Marceline, Missouri - December 2018 Marceline Eagles #726 donated $1,370 to Wreaths Across America. They also sold $281 worth of raffle tickets, and donated those funds to Wreaths Across America. Marceline Eagles #726 presented the Food Pantry Administrator Bill Toops with a $500 check for the Marceline Food Pantry. Marceline Eagles #726 gave a $500 grant to the Linn County Humane Society, in conjunction with Allstate Insurance. Marceline, Missouri - November 2020 Marceline Auxiliary #726 held a Food Pantry Drive and collected an additional $300 in monetary donations as well. The drive was hosted by Aux. President Dana Holt, Aux. Vice President Abbey Cagle, and chaired by Zoe Tolliver. Sullivan, Missouri - March 2018 During the MBSH Foundation fundraising event, Sullivan Aerie #3781, presented a $4,000 check to Lisa Lochner of Missouri Baptist Hospital. Proceeds were raised during their last BINGO night, all of which are being directed into the Missouri Baptist Hospital Cancer Fund. The Cancer fund exists to assist many facets in care & support for our local community members battling various cancer treatments. Lake Havasu City, Arizona - November 2018 Lake Havasu #4299 held their annual Miss Mess contest, and raised $4,269 for Art Ehrmann Cancer month. The money will go toward cancer research, GMP’s City of Hope charity, Camp Sunrise and Sidekicks, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and Leukemia research. Abbotsford, British Columbia - November 2018 Abbotsford Aerie #2726 donated $1,500 to Cops for Cancer. The money will cover the funds to send one child to camp Goodtimes – which is a cancer camp for kids. The funds were raised during a dinner held for police and first responders who attend #2726’s annual bike tour to raise money for kids with cancer.
