The Aerie and Auxiliary both donated $5,000 each to the State Presidents Alen Powell and Theresa Robinson’s charity, the Make A Wish Foundation. An additional $2,500 was given to Camp Hope, and $2,000 was given to Bar H. Ranch. A total of $14, 500 was distributed throughout the day. These donations were made possible by hosting weekly bingo games by the Aerie and Auxiliary. Springfield, Missouri - February 2019 Queen City Eagles #3934 recently hosted their MO State Presidents. Both Aerie and Auxiliary, jointly, donated $10,000 to their State President’s charity Make A Wish. They also donated $2,500 to their charity Camp Hope, and gave another $2,000 to the charity of their SCRP. Overall, they donated $14,500, and raised the money by hosting bingo and Queen of Hearts. Springfield, Missouri - October 2019 Queen City Auxiliary #3934 made a $1,500 donation to the Central High School wrestling team. Queen City Auxiliary #3934’s Vice President Leanne Fanatia presented a $2,500 check to Bryce from the Developmental Center of the Ozarks. Springfield, Missouri - November 2019 Queen City Eagles #3934’s Madam President Melanie Rappard and Worthy President Kit Sheckler presented a check of $3,500 to the Hillcrest Jr. ROTC, and honored the 27 present veterans during their Veterans Day celebration. Arizona - June 2019 During the Arizona State Convention, State Presidents Bob Blackburn and Linda Wilson presented a check totaling more than $71,000 for Camp Sunrise and the Southwest Kids Cancer Foundation. El Cerrito, California - June 2019 Bayview Aerie #2323 presented Auxiliary member Dr. Julie Saba, with a $5,000 check to support the Children’s Hospital Oakland Research Institute.
