The raffle raised $700 with Johnny Weikert of Gettysburg, Pa., selected as the winner. Accepting on his behalf was Bob Barrows of Linneus, Mo. Boonville, Missouri - April 2019 Boonville Eagles #1022 presented a $5,000 grant to David Barton Elementary School to help fund a new all-inclusive playground, providing a safe and exciting space for the students in grades 3-5 to play. Marceline, Missouri - April 2019 • During the Grand Worthy President’s visit at Knollwood #4010, the Marceline Auxiliary #726 presented a $500 check to Carl Burnett for his Metavivior fundraising project. • Marceline Eagles #726 presented a $500 check to the GMP Althea Lane’s charity City of Hope, and an additional $500 to the F.O.E. charity foundation’s cancer fund. Springfield, Missouri - June 2019 Queen City Aerie #3934’s President Kit Sheckler and Eagles Bingo Chairman Andy Rappard presented a $5,000 check to the new Boys & Girls Club CEO, Brandy Harris. Springfield, Missouri - July 2019 Springfield Eagles #3934 hosted their annual MO. State Presidents visit. The Aerie and Auxiliary both donated $5,000 each to the State Presidents Alen Powell and Theresa Robinson’s charity, the Make A Wish Foundation. An additional $2,500 was given to Camp Hope, and $2,000 was given to Bar H. Ranch. A total of $14, 500 was distributed throughout the day.
