Every year, they have been able to make a basket for every family name turned in by their members. The names submitted are friends, family or neighbors of current members. This year, 40 family names were submitted. Members donated time and money to prepare the 40 baskets, which were provided to the families for the holidays. Vincennes, Indiana - January 2019 Vincennes Junior Eagles #384 visited the Bettye J. McCormic Senior Center and surprised all 62 seniors with Christmas gifts. Detroit Lakes, Minnesota - January 2018 Detroit Lakes #2342 collected socks, mittens, scarves, caps, diapers, toys and more to be donated to the Lakes Crisis Center, Mahubes and Compassion House for the holiday season. Evansville, Indiana - January 2017 River City Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary #4023 made a donation of $1,000 to Vanderburgh County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
